Former British Home Stores Building Mansfield

Envvy was commissioned to undertake the redevelopment of the former British Home Stores building in Mansfield.

Works commenced with the installation of a new roof, ensuring the long-term integrity of the structure. Internally, the building was reconfigured to accommodate a mixed-use commercial layout.

This included the creation of a fully functional self-storage facility on one level, alongside the development of contemporary office spaces on another, designed to support modern business use.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale refurbishments, transforming existing structures into commercially viable assets.

Serenity Bar - Mansfield

a full bespoke refit for a beautiful restaurant located in Mansfield. bespoke upholstering, new w.c facilities and kitchen refit.

Kitchen extension - Roebuck Drive Mansfield

We Provided a full extension on the property in Mansfield. starting with removing the patio door. digging up the floor to allow for underfloor heating. we installed new electrics and plumbing in the desired location and created a beautiful dropped ceiling effect to allow for Led Lighting.
